Potty Training Fun

Sebastian has been learning to go peepee in the potty. He does so about ... oh... 50% of the time. Sometimes, at naptime, I will hear him yell to the intercom that he has to go to the potty (and he does)... but during the rest of the day he generally doesn't remember to ask on his own or he is too into his toys to be bothered unless I remind him.

The other day, I left him on the potty for less than 30 seconds. By the time I got back, he went peepee on the potty... and under the potty... and on the floor... and all over the stool.... and down his leg...

And he looked up at me smiling proudly since he went peepee on the potty. Joy.

Getting him to go poopy on the potty is another story though-- I haven't seen him successfully do that in a long time. He'll literally get off the potty and 10 minutes later will poop in his diaper. *sigh* Baby steps right? I'm trying to get him ready in time for his school which requires him to be potty trained this Fall. It's a race against the clock I tell you...
